At Carat Hills we’ve partnered with world-class logistics providers like DHL and UPS to guarantee safe and timely delivery, so you can enjoy light-fast delivery straight to your door.

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $249. If your order total is under $249, a small flat rate shipping fee will apply, which you can view at checkout. This offer ensures fast, reliable delivery at no extra cost when you meet the minimum order value.
2. How long does it take for my order to ship?
We at Carat Hills process all orders within 7-9 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number from either DHL or UPS, our trusted shipping partners. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location. Custom and personalized jewelry may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our logistic partners website, to see its current location and estimated delivery date. At Carat Hills tracking your order is simple and gives you peace of mind.
4. Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S. via standard shipping. However, expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses for our military customers, though we try our best to deliver as fast as possible but please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard domestic shipping times.
5. What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, don’t worry! Contact us as soon as possible at info@carathills.com, and we’ll work with DHL or UPS to resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help file a claim with the carrier and get your issue sorted out. For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or repair.
6. Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Yes, at Carat Hills safety and security of your product is of utmost priority so for security reasons, all orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your high-value jewelry arrives safely and securely. If you're not available to sign for your package, the delivery service will leave instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package from a nearby location.
7. How do I update my shipping address or cancel my order?
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@carathill.com. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the changes. Once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to modify it, but we’ll assist you in finding the best solution.
8. How fast can I get my order?
We offer different shipping options to suit your needs:
